Our Gateway Academy of Real Estate offers a Licensing Program that will provide you with a solid foundation of your new career and prepare you to pass your state exam. Classes are also offered online. Learn from the best with the best. Online Courses are also available. Individual guidance is also included.
New agents participate in a two-week Fast Start Training Program. All agents have access to the nationally acclaimed Coldwell Banker Unversity courses. We offer live or online training daily on many topics including technology, productivity, coaching and business planning.
Once you become a licensed agent, you are in charge of your own future. However, at Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors we have learned that recruiting and training doesn't stop when people get hired.
